Started career in Journalism and Mass Communication in Nepal Press Institute (NPI) as an Information Officer. Joined Kantipur FM News Diary in its initial phase and then worked for UNICEF as a Consultant for Radio Children Program - Bal Aaawaj. One of the initiators of an NGO named Media Foundation, serving as a Treasurer since 2009. Founded an NGO named Health Concern and serving the board as a Sitting Chairman since 2022. Involved in different philanthropic and social organizations. Also working as an Asia Pacific Correspondent in Women News Network (WNN), Colorado, USA. Published a number of research papers and regularly writing in daily newspapers in Nepali, Bangla, and English with special focus on women issues such as domestic violence, women empowerment, witchcraft, and conflict resolution.
